Export your route

Choose a format. Exports preserve the route’s GPS gaps.

From footage to route

1. Import the original recording. GoPro MP4/MOV/360 telemetry (GPS5 and GPS9) and the documented Insta360 GPS trailer are supported. You can also import a GPX track or a whole recording folder.
2. Inspect the full route. Select a map position, move the timeline, or jump by distance. Where the camera had no GPS, the dashboard says so instead of borrowing a nearby position.
3. Pin what matters. Pins store a note, category, frame and GPS position, and survive closing the browser.
4. Export for your mapping tools. KML, GPX, CSV, GeoJSON, or an evidence bundle.

Projects are saved in this browser automatically. Videos are not copied; after reopening, press “Reconnect video” or attach the file again. Use Projects → Export project file for a backup you can move to another computer.

Insta360 X3 GPS setup: the camera has no built-in GPS receiver. Record with a connected phone and the shooting-page GPS switch enabled, or a compatible GPS remote. Gyro data alone cannot produce a location route.

If no GPS track is found, try the companion original lens file. If GPS was recorded separately, synchronize it in the Insta360 app/Studio, or import its GPX here. See Insta360’s GPS instructions. Successful GPS extraction from a real X3 file is still awaiting verification.

Your media is read locally. Map imagery is requested from OpenStreetMap; coordinate view works without map tiles. Browser playback of INSV, 360 and some video codecs may be unavailable; GPS extraction can still work.
